These Terms & Conditions govern access to onlybac.io and all purchases, communications and interactions with Only BAC.
If you do not understand or agree to these Terms, do not use the website or purchase products from Only BAC.
Scope and acceptance.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and the operator of Only BAC concerning your access to and use of onlybac.io, including its content, accounts, checkout, products, communications and related services.
These Terms incorporate the Privacy Policy and Refund & Replacement Policy by reference. Additional terms presented during checkout or in connection with a specific feature also apply. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms control for that feature or transaction.
Only BAC may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Authorized adults only.
By using the website, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and all activity conducted through your account. Notify Only BAC promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create an account or place an order on behalf of another person without authority. Only BAC may suspend or terminate access when information is inaccurate, activity presents a security or compliance risk, or these Terms are violated.
Not for human or veterinary use.
They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation or prevention of disease.
By purchasing, you represent and warrant that products will be received, stored, handled and used only by qualified persons in a lawful and appropriate research environment. You are solely responsible for determining whether purchase, possession and use are permitted in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable requirements.
You may not purchase for personal use, clinical use, compounding, resale for prohibited purposes or any use inconsistent with product labeling and these Terms. Only BAC does not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, treatment recommendations or instructions for human or veterinary administration.
Statements on the website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products are not approved by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
An order is a request—not an acceptance.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Only BAC may accept, reject, limit or cancel an order at its discretion, including because of inventory, pricing or listing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, prohibited use, shipping restrictions or compliance concerns.
Pricing
Prices, product availability and promotions may change without notice. Applicable shipping, taxes and fees are displayed during checkout.
Payment
You authorize the selected provider to charge the total shown at checkout and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Verification
Orders may be held while payment, identity, billing, address or fraud-prevention information is reviewed.
Errors
Only BAC may correct typographical, pricing, product or availability errors and cancel affected orders, even after confirmation.
Payment authorization or an automated order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the order is approved for fulfillment or shipped.
Accurate information matters.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, operational disruptions, security reviews, address problems and events outside reasonable control may affect delivery.

- 02Only BAC is not responsible for delays caused by a carrier or incorrect customer information.
- 03Customers must monitor tracking and arrange prompt receipt at the delivery location.
- 04Delivery problems must be reported to Customer Service for review before a replacement is considered.
Risk relating to theft or loss after confirmed delivery generally remains with the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Do not refuse or return a package without written instructions from Customer Service.
No refunds. Eligible issues may be replaced.
All sales are final. Only BAC does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges for preference or store credit, except where required by applicable law. Orders cannot be cancelled after entering processing or fulfillment.
An order may qualify for replacement if Customer Service verifies a defective, damaged or incorrect product or a qualifying carrier delivery problem. Eligibility, reporting periods, evidence requirements and exclusions are governed by the Refund & Replacement Policy.

You agree not to misuse the website. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Using products or website information for unlawful, human, veterinary or otherwise prohibited purposes.
- Submitting false identity, billing, shipping, eligibility or transaction information.
- Attempting unauthorized access, probing security, introducing malware or disrupting website operation.
- Using bots, scripts or automated systems to scrape content, test payments, create accounts or interfere with checkout.
- Making fraudulent claims, chargebacks or disputes, or abusing replacement and customer-support processes.
- Copying, republishing, reverse engineering or commercially exploiting website content without permission.
- Using Only BAC names, marks, designs or materials to impersonate the business or create confusion.
Only BAC may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant records, restrict access, cancel orders and cooperate with payment providers, carriers, security vendors or lawful authorities.
Only BAC content remains Only BAC property.
The website and its text, product presentation, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, interfaces, layout, code and other content are owned by or licensed to Only BAC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Only BAC grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access the website for lawful evaluation and purchasing. No ownership rights are transferred. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you submit reviews, feedback or other content, you grant Only BAC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display that content for operating, improving and promoting the website, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy. You represent that submitted content is accurate and does not violate third-party rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Only BAC disclaims warranties not expressly stated, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
Only BAC does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components; that content will always be current or complete; or that products are suitable for any purpose not expressly stated in product documentation.
Website content is general commercial and product information—not medical, veterinary, legal, regulatory or professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate independent advice and for lawful handling, storage and research use.
Allocation of responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Only BAC and its owners, affiliates, personnel, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or damages arising from misuse of products, inability to access the website or reliance on website content.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, aggregate liability arising from a particular transaction will not exceed the amount paid to Only BAC for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires a different remedy.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Only BAC and its related parties from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, misuse of products, infringement of third-party rights or inaccurate information, except to the extent prohibited by law.
The complete agreement.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and remaining provisions continue.
A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any future right.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without written consent. Only BAC may assign its rights in connection with its operations.
You consent to receive agreements, notices and transaction communications electronically.
Only BAC is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting non-waivable consumer protections available in your jurisdiction.
